Pillar 2 of 3 · Get Chosen

Get Chosen: be the one they pick.

Customers compare the top few businesses side by side. Recent reviews, real replies and a clear page for each service decide who gets the call.

What is review generation?

It's a simple, repeatable way to ask every customer for a Google review after a finished job, so new reviews keep arriving instead of coming in bursts.

We set up the asking, reply to every review, good or bad, and give each of your services its own page, so customers can see you do exactly what they need.

What you get

  • A reviews engine: your review link, request messages written for you, and a routine for sending them after each job.
  • A reply to every review, written in your voice.
  • A page for each service, so customers and search engines see exactly what you do.
  • A monthly count of your new reviews and rating, next to the top 3 nearby.

How we never get reviews

We never buy reviews, never offer rewards for them, and never ask only the customers we think will be happy. Google's rules forbid all three, and customers can tell.

How we measure it

Call and form rate

Of the people who see your profile and pages, how many call you or send a form. It's the clearest sign that being found is turning into being chosen.

What you do

  1. Send the review request after each finished job, or have your team do it.

  2. Tell us about any unhappy customer before we reply, so the reply is fair.

  3. Approve the list of services we build pages for.

The questions we get asked.

Do you write fake reviews?

No, never. Every review comes from a real customer of yours. We set up the asking; your customers do the writing.

What if I get a bad review?

We reply calmly and honestly, in your voice, after checking the facts with you. A good reply to a bad review can reassure the next customer more than another five stars.

Can't I just ask customers for reviews myself?

Yes, and you should. What we add is a routine that makes asking part of every finished job, plus the replies and the tracking, so it doesn't stop when you get busy.

How many reviews will I get?

We can't promise a number, because it depends on how many jobs you finish and how many customers are asked. We report every new review, so you see the trend each month.

Start with the audit, not the call.
