Questions about the sprint
Why is the sprint free for some businesses?
Because we're new. A few founding clients get the 30-Day Get Found Sprint free while we build a track record, and we'd rather say that plainly than pretend to have one. When the founding spots are gone, the sprint is $297 one-time.
What do I need to give you?
Manager access to your Business Profile, one 30-minute kickoff call, and review requests sent after finished jobs. You don't hand over any passwords, and you stay the owner of every account.
What happens if you miss the 30 days?
You get the sprint fee back in full. That's the 30-Day Delivery Guarantee, and it holds as long as we get access to your Business Profile within 3 days of kickoff.
What happens after 30 days?
You get a before-and-after report and a results call on day 30. If it's working, you can carry on with Get Found Monthly, month to month. If it isn't, you leave with everything we built and owe nothing more.
Do I need an ad budget?
Not for the sprint. The sprint and Get Found Monthly work on your free Google listing, your reviews and your pages. Ads come later and only if you want them: Local Services Ads from month 2, with the budget paid by you directly to Google.
Is there a contract?
No. The sprint is paid upfront, with no setup fee and no contract. After it, Get Found Monthly runs month to month with 30 days' notice and no cancellation fee, and you keep every account whenever you stop.
