Terms of Use
Last updated:
This page is a plain-English template describing how this website works today. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
Accepting these terms
These terms are between you and BrightROI, of Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and cover your use of www.brightroi.co, including the free visibility audit, and the promises we make for our paid services. By using the site you accept them. If you don't, please don't use it.
Information, not professional advice
Everything on this site, including the blog, is general information about marketing a service business. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account. Decide what to do with it yourself, and take professional advice where you need it.
The free visibility audit
The audit has two parts, and both are free.
- The instant report is automated. Our server reads the public homepage of the website you give us, with its
robots.txtfile and sitemap, and Google PageSpeed Insights measures the site's speed. The report shows what those checks found and what we would fix first. - The review call is an optional video call, where we look with you at what software doesn't check: your Google Business Profile, nearby competitors, where you appear on the map, and what AI assistants say when asked.
Neither part needs access to your accounts; both use publicly visible information and what you tell us. Both are a free opinion, provided as is. Automated checks can be incomplete or wrong — a site can block our reader, speed scores vary from one test to the next, and a check can miss what a person would see. We make no promise that following the report or the call will produce any particular result, and no guarantee of results of any kind. What happens depends on your market, your offer, your budget and what you do with it.
You are free to use it however you like, including handing it to another agency.
When work starts
Requesting an audit, receiving its report, booking a call, or emailing us does not make you a client and does not oblige either of us to anything.
Paid work starts only when you accept a written order from us — an email or invoice that names the service, the price and the start date — and, where a fee applies, pay it. There is no long-term contract: the 30-Day Get Found Sprint is a one-time purchase, and everything after it runs month to month.
Our services and prices
The services are described on the sprint page. We give you the price on a call and in the written order, in US dollars. The written order is what applies to you, and if it differs from the website, the order wins.
- 30-Day Get Found Sprint: paid upfront, no setup fee. Founding clients, while founding spots remain, pay nothing for the sprint.
- Get Found Monthly: billed monthly in advance, month to month. Either of us can end it with 30 days' notice, with no cancellation fee.
- Local Services Ads add-on: available from month 2, billed with Get Found Monthly, on the same notice terms.
- Advertising budgets for Google Local Services Ads or Google Search Ads are paid by you, directly to Google, under Google's terms. We never hold, pay or mark up your ad spend.
Some work needs things only you can give: manager access to your Google Business Profile, a kickoff call, review requests sent to your customers after finished jobs, and calls answered or returned. Where you don't provide them, the dates and promises that depend on them move or lapse, as described below.
Paid work and these terms
Every written order and invoice we send links to these terms. Accepting an order in writing, or paying an invoice, means you accept these terms as they stand that day, together with the order. Where the order says something different, the order wins.
Late or failed payments
Invoices are due when we send them, unless the order gives another date. If a payment is late or fails, we'll tell you and give you 7 days to put it right. Until it's paid we may pause the work, and any date or promise that depends on that work moves by the same number of days. We don't charge interest or late fees.
Our promises
These are the only guarantees we make. Each applies exactly as written here.
The 30-Day Delivery Guarantee
Every sprint deliverable listed in your order is completed within 30 days of the day we receive manager access to your Google Business Profile. If one isn't, we refund the sprint fee you paid in full. This applies when that access is given within 3 days of the kickoff call. A founding client pays no sprint fee, so there is nothing to refund; the 30-day commitment still stands.
The Month-2-Free Promise
For Get Found Monthly clients: we compare calls plus direction requests from your Google Business Profile, as Google's own Business Profile performance report shows them, for days 31 to 60 after the sprint started, with the 30 days before it started. If the later number isn't higher, we refund your Get Found Monthly fee for month 2. Add-ons and ad spend are not included. This applies when, during that period, you sent review requests to customers after finished jobs and answered or returned calls the same day.
The You-Own-It Promise
Every account we set up or work in stays in your name, and we work through access you can remove at any time. If you stop working with us, you keep everything we built, we remove our own access when you ask, and we transfer the call-tracking number to you.
Cancel anytime
After the sprint there is no contract. You can end Get Found Monthly, and any add-on, with 30 days' notice and no cancellation fee.
What we don't promise
We don't promise any ranking on Google or Maps, any mention in ChatGPT, Google's AI or any other AI answer, or any number of calls, leads, reviews, jobs or revenue. Those depend on the platforms, your market and your business, which nobody controls. See our Disclaimer.
Refunds
Beyond the two promises above that come with a refund — the 30-Day Delivery Guarantee and the Month-2-Free Promise — fees are not refunded once the work they pay for has started, unless the order says otherwise or the law gives you a right to one. When you end Get Found Monthly with 30 days' notice, you pay for those 30 days and nothing after them.
When we may end work
We may end work with written notice if:
- an invoice is still unpaid 14 days after we told you it was late;
- you, or someone acting for you, is abusive or threatening towards us;
- you ask us to break the law or a platform's rules, for example to buy, reward or filter reviews; or
- you give us information you know is false.
If we end the work, the You-Own-It Promise still applies: you keep every account and everything we built, and we refund any fee you paid for work we haven't done.
Confidentiality and access to your accounts
We keep confidential anything you share with us that isn't public, such as account access, call details, customer details, prices and plans. We use it only to do the work, share it only with the tools we need to do that work, and never use your customers' details for anything else.
We work through manager or user access that you grant, never your password. We don't change who owns any of your accounts, and we remove our own access when the work ends or whenever you ask. If you think access has been misused, tell us straight away at adith@brightroi.co.
Intellectual property
The BrightROI name and logo, and the site's design, copy, drawings and code, belong to us. You may read, share and link to the site, and quote it with attribution, but not copy it wholesale or present it as your own.
Your materials stay yours. Anything you send us — your website address, links, brand or business details — remains your property; you give us only the permission needed to prepare your audit, email you about it and reply to you.
Acceptable use
When you use the site, don't:
- submit someone else's details, or information you have no right to share;
- try to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or get around its security;
- send automated or bulk requests, including audit requests, or scrape it at a volume that affects other visitors;
- use it for anything unlawful.
We may refuse or ignore requests that break these rules.
Third-party links and tools
The site uses these third-party tools:
- Calendly, to book calls;
- Resend, to deliver audit requests to us and your report email to you;
- Google PageSpeed Insights, to measure the speed of the website you ask us to check;
- Supabase, to store audit requests (and our blog).
It also links to other sites, such as the research we cite. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for their content or how they work. See our Privacy Policy for what they receive.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site, the free audit and its report are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information on it is complete or up to date. See also our Disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, BrightROI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site, the free audit or our services. Because the site and the audit are free, our total liability to you for anything arising from them is limited to the amount you paid us for them, which is nothing. For paid services, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned, and the promises above are the remedies we offer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
If you break these terms or the law in using the site — for example by submitting information you had no right to share — you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs this causes us.
Governing law and venue
[GOVERNING LAW: to be confirmed by counsel]
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, this page and the date at the top change. Using the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
