What we need from you
Manager access to your Business Profile. So we can do the work. You stay the owner and can remove us at any time.
One 30-minute kickoff. Your services, your area, and the jobs you want more of.

Someone who answers the phone. Calls only become jobs if they're answered, or returned the same day.
What you keep, always
Every account is in your name: your Business Profile, your listings, your pages and your reports. If we stop working together, you keep all of it, and the tracking number transfers to you.
Three things we never do
We never buy reviews, never pick and choose which customers get asked, and never promise a ranking. Google forbids the first two, and nobody can honestly promise the third.
The questions we get asked.
Why is the sprint free for some businesses?
Because we're new. A few founding clients get the 30-Day Get Found Sprint free while we build a track record, and we'd rather say that plainly than pretend to have one.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee a ranking on Google, on Maps or in AI answers, because the platforms decide. What we guarantee is the work: every sprint deliverable done within 30 days, and if your profile's calls and direction requests don't rise in month 2, we refund that month.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. Your Business Profile, listings, pages and reports stay in your name, and we work through manager access you can remove at any time. If you leave, you keep everything we built, and the tracking number transfers to you.
How fast will I see results?
Profile fixes go live in the first week. Movement on Maps usually takes weeks, not days, because Google re-checks your profile, reviews and listings over time. You'll see the before and after in the day-30 report, with every call counted from the day tracking starts.
Do I need an ad budget?
Not for the sprint. The sprint and Get Found Monthly work on your free Google listing, your reviews and your pages. Ads come later and only if you want them: Local Services Ads from month 2, with the budget paid by you directly to Google.
Where are you based?
BrightROI is based in Hyderabad, India. We work US business hours, meet on video, and you own every account we touch. You talk to Adith, the founder, from the first call to the monthly report, with no account manager in between.
What happens after 30 days?
You get a before-and-after report and a results call on day 30. If it's working, you can carry on with Get Found Monthly, month to month. If it isn't, you leave with everything we built and owe nothing more.
Is there a contract?
No. The sprint is paid upfront, with no setup fee and no contract. After it, Get Found Monthly runs month to month with 30 days' notice and no cancellation fee, and you keep every account whenever you stop.
